Enjoy our private beach with a fabulous 30.000 m². Swimming in the warm lake Pressegger See in a magnificent setting between the mountains and the sun is a holiday experience that is second to none. The Pressegger See, affectionately known as the ‘Gailtal bathtub’ (with drinking water quality) reaches
up to 28 degrees.
What is on our beach?
- a huge sunbathing area including shady spots under the large trees
- toilet facilities
- changing rooms
- a playing field with football goals
- two table tennis tables (bats and balls can be borrowed free of charge from the beach bar/reception)
- a beach volleyball court
- a designated dog area and also a designated dog beach with access to the lake
- Dog agility park with: Agility A-wall, catwalk, seesaw, slalom, hurdle and a tunnel!
- With our pedal boats and SUPs for hire, you can sail across the lake and go exploring in the reeds.
- The private beach area consists of pebbles and sand. The lake has a gentle slope and is therefore particularly suitable for children to play on.
- Right by the water there is a toddler water slide into the lake and a small playground with a giant sandpit and a trampoline.
- There is an aqua jump (trampoline) in the water for those who want to increase the fun factor.
- For climbing enthusiasts and mermaids, we have
a 5 metre high iceberg in the water! - The Schluga Beach Bar offers cool drinks as well as snacks and delicious ice cream.
- For more comfort, you can also hire beach loungers and parasols (for a fee).
- Rubber dinghies can be moored to the west of the fence, please do not moor in the water.
